The NREP invites you to be a sponsor or exhibitor at its big 2011 Annual Conference scheduled for October 3rd -5th, 2011, at the Riviera Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada. We’re doing everything in just THREE DAYS to save attendees and their employer’s time and money!
Since 1987, NREP has continually grown to become the world’s major EH&S and Infrastructure Preparedness certification organization. This year, we are forecasting to bring together up to 600 professionals, who are buyers and specifiers from government, industry, utilities and consulting organizations for three days jammed-packed with technical presentations and certification training. The premier, internationally recognized environmental health and safety, and Homeland Preparedness certification organization -- National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP ) and the Office of Infrastructure Preparedness (OIP) -- will conduct its Annual Conference and Certification Workshops at the Riviera Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada, October 3rd – 5th, 2011. The 3-day exhibition is designed to provide exhibitors with face-to-face contact with attendees. To maximize your contact, we are limiting the number of exhibitors to only TEN (10) exhibit booth spaces. In addition, our all-day-long food functions will be located in the exhibit area – Remember too, the environmental and Homeland preparedness fields now have NEW money to spend quickly.
Being an Exhibitor, your organization will have a “leading edge” in reaching this professional target audience. The advantages of becoming an exhibitor include:

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy:
You may receive a 100% refund if NREP is notified in writing and received prior to August 1st, or a 50% refund if notified in writing and received between August 1st and September 1st, 2011. No refunds after September 1st. In the event that the conference is cancelled, NREP is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging deposits. Advertisement Cancellation Policy
Ads that are cancelled in writing by September 1st, 2011 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for ads cancelled after that date. Cover positions are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Submit ad copy to nrep@nrep.org on or before September 1, 2011.
EXHIBITS
A. Application
The application must be accompanied by check or credit card information; Full payment must be made before booth assignment will be issued. All exhibitors will have their choice of booth assignment based on sponsorship level. Sponsors will receive their booth assignments by September 15, 2011.
B. Agreement to Conditions
Upon the acceptance of the application, the Exhibitor agrees to abide by the terms and conditions listed below.
C. Liability
The Exhibitor takes full responsibility for and shall defend, indemnify, hold harmless, and release the National Registry of Environmental Professionals, and the Riviera Hotel and Casino from and against all claims, causes of action, obligations, suits, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses and/or costs, including attorneys’ fees related to or arising from or out of any injury to any person, or any loss of or damage to property where such injury, loss, or damage is incident to, arises out of, or is in any way connected with Exhibitor’s participation in the conference, use of the Riviera Hotel and Casino, or negligent act or omission of Exhibitor or caused by its product.
D. Exhibit Space
Booths are 8' x 5'. Booths will be equipped with an identification sign, a 6' draped table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.
E. Cancellation or Relocation of Conference
In the event that the National Registry of Environmental Professionals must cancel or relocate the Conference due to circumstances not under the direct control of NREP, NREP will have no liability of any kind.
